Psychotherapy
'Psychotherapy' can cover many techniques that a therapist can use to explore and enhance your behaviours, thoughts, feelings and moods. Here are some of the techniques may be used to personalise your therapy programme
WSN - Warrior, Settler and Nomad
WSN is a dynamic and modern form of Parts Work based on evolutionary psychology. As there are three primary colours, so are there three primary parts of the personality, the warrior - forceful, resolute, organisational, the settler - sociable, intuitive, adaptable and the nomad - charismatic, innovative, inspiring. Sometimes one part can dominate over the others which can cause conflict. The concept of WSN is to find a solution that keeps all parts happy , achieve harmony and compromise to create a beneficial change.
EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as 'Tapping') is an energy psychology which works using the energy meridans used in eastern medicines such as acupuncture. The thought behind EFT is that "the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system". If EFT will be of use to you, I teach you how to 'tap' on yourself so that you have the ability to use it on a daily basis should you need to do so.
BB4B - Broadband for the Brain
Using Hypnosis we focus the energy from the Autonomic Nervous System, normally accessed in an Emergency, to help re-programme and channel that mental and physical spare energy to help with other day to day challenging situations.
CBH - Cognitive Behavoural Hypnotherapy
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy combines Hypnosis with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is widely used as a psychology tool by many counsellors and therapists.
